Smoothie made of mango and lemon

Mango is rich in nutrients, extremely rich in minerals, antioxidants, fiber and vitamins (especially A and C). It also contains digestive enzymes that when combined with yogurt probiotics, speed up your metabolism.

It contains calcium, vitamin B-12, potassium and magnesium. That’s why we say it’s a great drink!

Preparation time: 3 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup frozen mango slices
  • 3/4 cup non fat Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1/2 tablespoon cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp chopped pistachios

PREPARATION:

Blend all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth. Drink it immediately.
