Smoothie from apple

If you are an apple fan, this is definitely a healthier version that will throw you on your knees.

This high protein intake is great as breakfast or as a snack.

Ingredients

• 1 apple (peeled)

• 2 for almond milk

• 1 for yogurt

• 10 g of almonds

• 5 g of sesame seeds

• 5 g flaxseed

• 1 teaspoon cinnamon

PREPARATION

Put all ingredients in a blender and mix until the mixture is smooth.

NUTRITIONAL VALUES:

• 400 calories

• 21 g of protein

• 35 g carbohydrates

• 15 g of fat.
