Quick honey diet: Lose 2 pounds in 3 days

Because of the large number of nutrients, honey is recommended for daily consumption. That’s why nutritionists advise you to lose weight with it.

Get quality honey and follow this diet. In just 3 days you will lose about 2 pounds in a healthy way without starvation.

First day

Breakfast: 2 soft boiled yolks with a spoonful of honey. With a meal, drink tea with lemon or sugar-free coffee.

Lunch: 100g cheese, 50g boiled broccoli, 50g cooked carrot and 50g cooked cauliflower. Blend in a blender and make a cream puree. Drink 1 more cup of tea with 1 tablespoon of honey.

Dinner: a glass of clear vegetable soup, slice of bread and 1 apple, pear or orange.

Before going to bed, drink a cup of lemon tea.

Second day

Breakfast: Just like the first day

Lunch: Make a cream of 1 soft boiled egg, a tablespoon of honey and 100g of young cheese. Drink tea or coffee again with your meal.

Dinner: 150g fish or chicken fillet, a small plate of vegetable salad and lemon tea.

Third day

Breakfast: Just like the first day + 1 apple

Lunch: 50g cheese, slice of rye bread and a plate of fresh vegetables with lemon juice.

Dinner: 300g of cooked vegetables, 1 soft boiled egg and a cup of tea with 1 tablespoon of honey.

Note: You must consume half a lemon every day!
