If you are in the mood for a healthy and tasty
lunch that is prepared quickly and easily, we have the solution for you. Almost
everyone adores zucchini that we have in abundance this time, and are prepared
in combination with chicken for the recipe.
If you miss out on mozzarella you will get an
ideal Chrono lunch if you follow this diet.
Also, this lunch is gluten-free, so this is
just one more plus.
350 g chicken fillet
1 + 1/2 cup (or about 450 gr) tomato sauce
3 medium zucchini
2 cups grated mozzarella
Method of preparation:
1. Preheat the oven to
2. Boil the chicken
fillet or simmer until cooked.
3. Wash zucchini and
cut them along thin sheets. Arrange them on a chopping board.
4. In a deeper bowl,
mix the finely chopped and cooked chicken with 1 cup tomato sauce. Spread the
other half cup of tomato sauce on the bottom of the baking pan.
5. Spread 2–3
tablespoons of zucchini on each leaf and sprinkle with grated mozzarella. Wrap
rollers and place them in the baking sheet upright.
6. Pour a little more
tomato sauce and grated mozzarella onto the rolls after you are done.
7. Bake covered with
aluminum foil for about 30 minutes, and another 15-20 minutes without it.
