healthy food and want to increase your protein intake then today’s recipe is
perfect for you. Cookies coconut is rich in protein, there are also
gluten-free, contain only healthy fats and sweeteners.
Recipe – Ingredients (for 18 cookies):
1 1/2 cups of coconut flour
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup protein powder
1/4 cup + 3 tablespoons maple syrup or honey
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 teaspoon cinnamon
Preheat oven to 175 °
C. In a blender, mix coconut flour and sunflower seeds. Add the other ingredients
and mix with a spoon. If the mixture is too dry, add a little honey or a
teaspoon of coconut oil.
Bake the dough,
flatten it slightly and place on a baking tray, laying it on baking paper. Bake
the cookies for about 15 minutes. Wait for the cookies to cool slightly and
then add a little coconut cream between the two biscuits.
