Protein Chia Smoothie With Oats

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Time of stay: 4 hours or all night

Ingredients

  • 3 cups oatmeal
  • 4 cups of non-fat milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 teaspoonfuls of seeds
  • a little salt
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt without fat

PREPARATION

1. Put all the ingredients without the Greek yogurt in a large bowl and mix them until they mix nicely.

2. Place the bowl in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours for the chia to come up or leave it in the refrigerator overnight.

3. Finally, add the Greek yogurt and enjoy. Keep it in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
