Protein cakes with coconut

Ingredients (10 Pieces):

• 2 eggs

• 100 ml of milk 0.5 fat

• 200 g of coconut flour

• 50 g of crushed almonds

• 2 grams of honey

• 5 g of baking powder

Preparation:

Preheat the oven to 170 degrees.

Then mix the milk and eggs with a mixer, and then add the other ingredients.

Stir well, do the mixture in the form of biscuits and bake for about 15 minutes.

You can eat then cold as a substitute for a snack or for breakfast with a glass of milk.
