Powerful pancakes!

Ingredients:

  • 4 egg whites
  • 2 eggs
  • 100 grams of fresh cheese (10%)
  • 50 grams of oat flour

Calories: 709

Fat: 2.5

Method of preparation:

The ingredients should be well mixed. You can add cinnamon or vanilla.

The mixture should be baked as usual, like usually roasted pancakes.

For pancakes not to be glued, we can add in the heated pan a bit of butter, oil or grease.

Serve hot or cold, of your choice.
