Peel two ripe bananas
(the more mature and softer it is). Tear into small pieces and add 100 grams of
soft oat flakes. Press the banana firmly with a fork and mix with the oat
flakes until you get a uniform mixture.
On a baking paper,
place the mixture with a spoon and shape them evenly.
