Omelet with yogurt

Serve on table a meal that your guests will remember, and with a little help of our cooking skills and recipes show them how well you know how to cook.

Ingredients:

  • 2 dl yogurt
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of flour
  • 2 g of baking powder
  • 1 l of oil
  • 20 g butter
  • 1 tablespoon mixed spices
  • salt

Preparation:

Mix yogurt with eggs, flour and baking powder and allow to stand for 10 minutes.

Add some spices and a little salt.

In a pan, melt the butter with the oil together and then bake the prepared mixture.

Try not to mix immediately, but when baking the bottom side, turn the whole omelet with the help of a cooking paddle, just like the pancakes.

It is served, warm!

Tip: Apart from salty, you can prepare a sweet omelet so that instead of spices, you will add 2 tablespoons of crushed nuts and some sugar.
