Make your own energy drink!

Don’t buy energy drinks as they are often full of sugar, artificial colors and other unhealthy ingredients. Do it yourself, it’s easy.

– From raspberries:

Wash fresh raspberries, about 300 grams, and place in a blender. Add two cups of water, a teaspoon of honey and a pinch of salt.

– From cherries:

Washed cherries (without seeds), put them in a blender, add lemon juice, salt and a teaspoon of honey. This juice is more acidic and you can add two teaspoons of honey.

– From beets:

Wash smaller beets and carrots, chop or grate. Put them in a blender and add a tablespoon of grated fresh ginger. Once the ingredients are well blended, strain them. Drink the juice while it is fresh, you can add a little lemon or honey if you like, if you do not like the taste of beets.

– From lemons: Mix one lemon juice with five teaspoons of honey, half a teaspoon of salt and half a liter of water.
