For this super quick and tasty recipe you only need three ingredients.
Ingredients:
- 1 cup nuts on request
- 1 cup dried fruit on request
- 1 cup dried dates without seeds
Preparation:
You need a blender, a transparent foil and a sharp knife.
Roast the nuts if you like, but this step can be skipped. If you still want to bake – put them in the oven at 175 degrees for about 10 minutes until golden. Cool before continuing.
Combine the nuts, dried fruits and dates in a blender and blend until the mixture forms into a ball (1-2 minutes).
Place a piece of transparent foil on the work surface and place the dough on the foil. Press in a thick square shape, wrap and refrigerate for at least one hour, preferably all night.
Divide the mixture into cubes using a sharp knife. The cubes can be refrigerated for up to several weeks and are a great way to get the energy you need to function throughout the day.
