Lemon diet!

Weight is the basic problem of every woman. But if you weigh a few pounds, there is no need of weight loss pills. Choose the healthier way and use the power of lemon.

Studies show that people who consume a larger amount of lemon are less likely to suffer from overweight. This is because lemons contain antioxidants, which regulate blood sugar levels and reduce hunger. People who consume a large amount of lemon juice also lose weight more easily because vitamin C accelerates metabolism.

The lemon diet is most effective in spring and autumn because our body then needs extra vitamin C.

How to make a lemon slimming drink?

One good thing about a lemon diet is that you need very few ingredients – just 4. All you have to prepare is the following:

– Freshly squeezed lemon juice

– Maple syrup

– Clean water

– Cayenne pepper

This drink should be a substitute for all meals throughout the day. Store lemon in refrigerator before using. Forget the freezer! Lemon should not be stored in a freezer because you will destroy vitamin C from it. Every time you feel hungry, you drink.

This drink should always be cold. Do not overheat it because it destroys vitamin C and therefore reduces the effect of the ingredients.

When you intend to stop dieting, do as you started – gradually. Drink orange juice on the first day, eat fresh vegetable soup on the second day, eat only fresh fruits and vegetables on the third day. Drink plenty of water and be careful not to overeat. Slowly incorporate other foods into your diet, but avoid meat, fish, eggs and milk for a while.

Maple syrup, despite being a sweetener, helps eliminate toxins from the body. When shopping, make sure the syrup is organic as there are many artificial flavoring syrups on the market.

Pepper is the main ingredient to achieve the main goal of diet. It contains ingredients that allow the body to burn more calories than fat. These ingredients, contained in peppers, dispose of all waste material from the body.

Recipe:

  • 20 ml maple syrup
  • 20-30 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1/10 cashew cayenne ¬†pepper
  • 250 ml of pure or distilled water

Mix all the ingredients well to combine them and your drink is ready.

If you are more likely to lose weight, it is advisable to reduce your intake of maple syrup.

This fast diet has one purpose, despite losing weight, to give the digestive tract time to rest from digestion.

Ideally, keep the diet for 10 days because it is most effective then. If you want to keep it for longer than 10 days, consult your doctor for advice.

However, if you find it too difficult to maintain, there is a spare variant. It consists of substituting breakfast or dinner, or even two meals with a lemon drink. Lunch will then be in the form of solid foods full of vitamins. Here you should avoid fries, sugar, red meat, white bread, coffee and alcohol. This way, the lemon diet can take up to a month to achieve the desired results.

This diet also recommends physical activity as it strengthens the body. The best moderate physical activity is about 30 minutes each day. Walking may be the best choice because it will not bother you much, but cycling is also a great choice.

Keep in mind that you are consuming a reduced amount of calories (about 1,200 calories) and that you should not overdo it with physical activity because it can make you feel nauseous.
