It really could not be simpler: Energy boards of 2 or 3 components

Full of energy and poor with unhealthy ingredients and unnecessary additives – these are our energy boards that you can make from just two or three ingredients. Everything you need to make them (except groceries) is a good kitchen mixer and only about 10 minutes. They are great because you can always take them with you as a healthy snack when you are hungry.

Ingredients:

  • 170 g boneless dates
  • 1 cup mixture of almonds and peanuts (unroasted, unsalted) – other nuts  products such as nuts and hazelnuts

Preparation:

1. Soak the dates the night before in cold water so that they are covered with liquid. Drain them the next day.

2. Put the dates in a blender together with the nuts if desired. Blend until the mixture is completely chopped and combined. If the mixture is very dry, add a teaspoon of water.

3. Transfer the mixture to a small baking tray lined with about 20 x 10 cm of paper. Align with your fingers or a spatula. Put the tin in the fridge for a few hours or an hour in the freezer.

4. When tight enough, cut the tiles with a sharp knife and serve. Store it in the refrigerator and consume it within 4-5 days.
