180-240 g oatmeal

Method of preparation:
Preheat the oven to
180 ° C and load the baking paper.
Crush the bananas with
a fork and mix the oatmeal in them. Add the oatmeal so that when mixed you will
get enough compact mixture to form cookies with your hands. Add dried fruits,
flavors, spices, etc. to the mixture as desired, avoiding fats and sugars.
Mix well and then form
round, flat biscuits (about 1/2 cm thick) with your hands and bake for 15-18
minutes, until they are a nice golden color.
