Histamine diet  is not a classic diet that is here to help you only to lose weight, this diet is designed to allow people to be healthy and live happy lives. The histamine diet is specifically designed for people who have a problem with histamine, that is, for people whose body can’t fight the extra pounds.

Histamine is a naturally occurring chemical substance found in our body. This substance is secreted when we are stressed or when we have an allergic reaction and some effects on the glands, stomach acid regulation, blood vessel power outage, muscle contraction and brain function. However, when there is a surplus of histamine in the body, the following symptoms may occur.
