Not baking a banana
and strawberry cake is a real refreshment in the hot days. We can eat as much
as we want, because there is no sugar, and no fear of gaining more pounds.
2 cups frozen strawberries
1-3 tablespoons coconut oil (optional, but this will make it more creamy)
2 cups of Indian nuts
2 cups of dates
1 peeled orange
2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
water if needed
For the base: Place
the bananas in a blender, then add the frozen berries and blend until the
texture is smooth. In a smaller cake mold place the mixture. In the
refrigerator, refrigerate until firm.
Cream Layer: Mix all ingredients in a blender
until the mass is smooth, adding a little water if needed. The less water you
add, the more creamy the content will be. Use a larger cake mold, place the
frozen layer inside and then apply the cream on both sides and top. Freeze it
to solid state, decorate, cut and enjoy! Store in a refrigerator.
