Detox drink with lemon and mint

Detoxify the body with a natural drink that will refresh and replenish you with energy!

Ingredients:

  • Bottled water – 8 cups
  • Lemon (squeezed juice) – 1
  • Lemon (chopped in circles) – 2
  • Fresh mint – Optional

Preparation:

Fill 8 glasses of bottled water in the jug. Add the lemon juice (if you want a stronger lemon flavor you can squeeze more lemons). Cut two lemons in circles and place in a jug with mint. Add ice cubes for more freshness. Finally, place the jug in the refrigerator for 10 minutes to bring the flavors together. You can consume it in the morning or during the day.
