Delicious breakfast or dinner: Roasted mushrooms with yellow cheese

If you are thinking about what to cook for breakfast or dinner without spending a lot of time and money, and to be warm and tasty, then you can use this recipe on any occasion, even as a side dish or appetizer at the table.

Ingredients needed:

  • 50 gr. mushrooms
  • fresh onions
  • a clove of garlic
  • a few sprigs of thyme
  • 250 gr. yellow cheese
  • crumbs of 2 slices of bread
  • 4 handfuls of arugula
  • lemon
  • olive oil

Preparation:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees. Put the mushrooms on a baking sheet, sprinkle with garlic and thyme and cover with thin slices of yellow cheese. Mix the bread crumbs, then add them to the mushrooms. Bake in the oven for about 15 to 20 minutes. Serve with arugula, lemon juice and olive oil.
