The recipe for morning porridge is as follows:
Oatmeal – 1 cup
Oatmeal blocks the absorption of harmful substances and eliminates toxins.
Pumpkin – 20 to 40 grams, cleaned and cut into cubes
It renews the cells and thus rejuvenates you.
Raisins – half a handful
It also helps in cell renewal and thus cleanses the body and helps the work of the liver.
Almonds – optional
Preparation:
Put all the ingredients in a small saucepan and add a little water or milk until you get a porridge.
Boil for a minute or two, let cool and stand and consume while fresh.
It is not recommended to prepare this breakfast more often than 2-3 times a week
