Avocado with fish is a perfect combination:
satisfying, but without a gram of unhealthy fat. When there is no time to cook
a full lunch or dinner, do this.
- 1/2 ripe avocado
- 1 can of tuna fish
- 2 tbsp. fat yogurt
- 1 celery, better with leaves
- 1 tbsp. canned jalapeno
- 1 tbsp. jalapeno marinade
What to do:
1. Cut the celery into
thin slices, finely chop the jalapeño. In a small bowl, make half an avocado
puree with a fork.
2. Add all the other
ingredients to the avocado, mix well, add a little salt and pepper and mix
3. If you want to
serve it as usual, do not put the whole avocado, but put all the mixed
ingredients in half, in a bowl. And done!
