Avocado with tuna: a full meal in minutes

Avocado with fish is a perfect combination: satisfying, but without a gram of unhealthy fat. When there is no time to cook a full lunch or dinner, do this.

What do you need:

  • 1/2 ripe avocado
  • 1 can of tuna fish
  • 2 tbsp. fat yogurt
  • 1 celery, better with leaves
  • 1 tbsp. canned jalapeno
  • 1 tbsp. jalapeno marinade

What to do:

1. Cut the celery into thin slices, finely chop the jalapeño. In a small bowl, make half an avocado puree with a fork.

2. Add all the other ingredients to the avocado, mix well, add a little salt and pepper and mix again.

3. If you want to serve it as usual, do not put the whole avocado, but put all the mixed ingredients in half, in a bowl. And done!

407 kcal, 65 g protein, 8 g carbohydrates, 14 g fat
