Take advantage of the pumpkin season and use it in the form of soup as a main meal for breakfast, lunch or dinner.
During the diet you can use fresh vegetables as snacks and you should drink 2 liters of water daily.
The recipe for soup, which is your only main dish, is this:
- 2 apples
- 450g vegetables on request
- 1kg pumpkin
- 1 onion, medium size
- 2 tablespoons of herbal oil
- Slightly low-fat cooking cream
- Optional spices
Peel the apples, remove the seeds and cut into slices. Do the same with the pumpkin.
Place two tablespoons of oil in a large pot and fry the onions. Add vegetables and fruits to it, season with 2 cups water. The mixture should boil, then cook at moderate temperature for another 20-25 minutes, stirring constantly.
Put the soft boiled vegetables in a blender. Return the blended vegetables to the boil, put some sour cream and cook for a few minutes, stirring constantly.
You should consume the soup for breakfast, lunch and dinner, in whatever quantity you want. This diet will cleanse your body of fat, toxins, and you will put very few calories.
Hold this diet for two weeks then pause for two weeks and repeat it again, so in a few months you will be amazed at the results.
