3 simple recipes for a healthy breakfast

If you are not a kitchen expert, it does not mean that every breakfast should be the same for you.

There are countless recipes for real delicacies, for which you do not need any experience with cooking.

It is even better that there are many healthy recipes that will not harm your figure.

Here are some easy suggestions for a healthy breakfast:

1. Roast with vegetables and cheese

Ingredients needed:

  • 2 slices of integral bread
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 4 cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 1 tablespoon fresh spices if desired
  • Salt and pepper

Method of preparation:

Bake the bread in the oven or in a toaster and spread it with cream cheese. In a bowl, mix the sherry tomatoes cut in half, chopped avocado and spices. Add salt and pepper.

Put the vegetables on the slices of bread and enjoy breakfast

2. Stuffed apples

Ingredients needed:

  • 2 apples
  • 140 grams of nuts if desired
  • A little honey
  • Cinnamon

Method of preparation:

Wash the apples and carve them. Chop the nuts and add cinnamon.

Fill the apples with the nuts and add honey if desired. Put the apples in the microwave for about 3-5 minutes.

3. Fried eggs in avocado

Ingredients needed:

  • 1 avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • A little yellow cheese
  • Fresh spices if desired

Method of preparation:

Wash the avocado and cut it in half. Remove the seed and a little from the middle to make room for the egg. Break one egg in each half and add salt, pepper and fresh spices. Finally add the grated yellow cheese.

Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about 10-15 minutes.
