3 daily diet for detoxification of the body

What is recommended during detoxification?

Fruits: Apples, Grapes, Kiwi, Lemon, Strawberries and Pears

Vegetables: Artichoke, Beets, Broccoli, Cabbage, Carrot, Celery, Lettuce, Nettle and Onions

Detoxification diet

Every morning drink a tablespoon of ground flaxseed immersed in a glass of water. During detoxification avoid coffee and sweetened fruit teas.

  • 1 day

In the morning, drink a glass of 2dl warm water with half a lemon juice.

The rest of the day you eat grapes or any seasonal fruit whenever you feel hungry. Eat 1kg of fruit on request, and drink a minimum of 8 glasses of water, herbal unsweetened teas, chamomile and ginger, as well as freshly squeezed carrot juices, celery and apples.

  • 2 day

In the morning drink warm water with lemon juice, just like the day before.

The rest of the day consume plenty of water, herbal teas and vegetable juices with water (1: 1 ratio). The minimum amount of liquids is 8 glasses.

  • 3 day

For breakfast eat fresh vegetables as much as you can. Drink water and herbal teas.

For lunch choose 2-3 vegetables and make a salad. If you do not want fresh salad then you can roast it for a few minutes. Don’t forget the liquids!

For dinner cook vegetable stew and drink a few more glasses of water and tea again.
